2. The Match
Our algorithm finds four people you’ll actually click with. No awkward forced networking—just genuine chemistry.
3. The Dinner
We book the restaurant and send you the address, the time and the name the table is under. Show up, eat, talk.

You are meeting strangers. Here is exactly what we do about that, and what we don't.
We do not run background or identity checks on anyone, so treat a Gatherly dinner the way you would any first meeting with people you don't know. Tell someone where you are going, and email [email protected] if anything felt wrong.
- ✓ Phone-verified accounts: every account confirms a phone number by SMS before it can do anything.
- ✓ Always a group of five: never a one-on-one, and always at a public restaurant we book for you.
- ✓ A first name, nothing more: no last name, photo or contact details reach the other guests, and only once the dinner is confirmed.
- ✓ Leave whenever: cancel a dinner, or delete your account and its data, from inside the app.
